(Fluro-skin ® ) one step filming technology. Using Fluorine resin mix with TiO2 and directly coated on PET. Then, you can see a white thin film formed – Fluro skin.It firmly adhere with PET without need to use adhesive chemical. – environmental friendly.

  lower melting point :Main material is polyethylene,melting point of polyethylene is low(120℃),the melting point of inner non-crosslinking EVA is lower 90℃  

 It is a thermoplastic material,  it  shrink and deform when heat subjected.

It is a heat insulation material 

 The adhesive layer which use for compound is insulation material

 The current conventional E film can not fulfill UV 130KWhr spec ,  it as low as to 90KWhr。

+ High UV resistance: 260Kwh irradiation

  Yellowing index △b <3 ,

+ Good UV blocking:  2um thicknes can block 280nm~380nm up to 99.45%(Integrating sphere method)     

UV resistance :   Same to T and  K  :  Better uv resistance and partial discharge

High heat dissipation,  :  35% higher than TPT/TPE :  Better  long term module efficiency

High heat resistance: RTI 120℃   :  Longer Heat aging  

Easy to rework:     EVA No residual film    :   lower manufacturing costs
